Mums Squad hour long outdoor workouts start at your pace walking through our post-natal fitness programs with body-weight exercises progressing to jogging, boxing, weights, exercise circuits with resistance bands or medicine balls.

Our nannies look after your babies and toddlers so you can get to spend time on yourself and our trainers help you enjoy the confidence you get from feeling fit, toned and strong.

Fun and then some.

Do we think fitness is fun? Absolutely, but at Mums Squad it’s something more. You’re working with other Mums facing the same challenges and sharing similar goals to you so a sense of team grows organically and pretty soon you just feel part of something special.

It was one of the first things we noticed from our very first session in February 2005 and thousands of friendships have formed.

When can I start?

You can start any time after your 6 week check-up as long as you feel ready to go within yourself. You'll improve core strength, tone up, lose baby-weight, increase your cardio capacity and boost your metabolism.

We ask you to train at least twice a week and set easier, effective and safer exercise alternatives at the beginning. If you miss a session you can make it up.

As you get fitter we increase the challenge and you can be as fit as you want to be!

FAQ’s

Where is it?

Mums Squad is at Balmoral Oval at 8.30am and 9.30am as set out in our timetable.

What if it rains?

If it is raining, Mums Squad fitness training is almost always on. We will only cancel in high winds or heavy storms.

To stay dry we train under the cover of the Club House awning or the scout hall depending on availability.

We set up the childcare are undercover as well so babies and children do not get wet.

What do I need?

Please bring water, a mat or a towel, sun protection and bands if you have them.

How do I book?

You need to book your place in this session:

  • For first timers you need to complete our fitness screening form and then compete the session booking part of the form when you are directed to it.

  • For established clients, you only need to call 0414138778 and book if you want childcare. Otherwise just come to Mums Squad.

Free Trial?

We don’t offer a free trial but starting out there is no risk at all. If you don’t like it there is nothing to pay. If you enjoy the session and choose to go ahead, we charge you from your first session.

Fees?

Our Mums Squad training fees are the same as our regular training fees. You pay for any childcare bookings you make at $15 per child per session:

  • One session per week: $35 ($55 per week with unlimited online sessions)

  • Two Per Week: $49 ($62 per week with unlimited online sessions)

  • Three per week: $64.50 ($75 per week with unlimited online sessions)

  • Unlimited $79.50 ($85 per week with unlimited online sessions)

  • Online Only- $30 per week unlimited sessions including recorded sessions.
